My visa card is no where near it's limit. Why was my card declined?

Before we begin, we'd like to take a moment to explain that, at this time, TD Helps is not considered a secure forum of contact. Because of this, we unfortunately do not have access to your account or personal information to assist you with your debit card.

You're first welcome to connect with a Banking Specialist, 24/7, by simply dialing 1-888-751-9000, or you may also visit your nearest TD Store location, during lobby hours, to speak with a Customer Service Representative. If you currently have access to your Online Banking, you may also send us a Secure Message. To send a secure message, you will first want to log into your TD Bank online profile by clicking here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq. Once you've successfully logged in, look for the 'Message Center' on the left hand side and select 'Send a secure message'.
If you have downloaded our mobile banking app for your smartphone, you may also use this method to send a secure message. From your Mobile Banking, log in and select 'Send a Secure Message' from the side Menu. We generally respond within 24 hours or less.
