If you have not yet done so, we strongly recommend contacting us immediately at 888-751-9000 and one of our dedicated 24/7 Banking Specialists will cancel the card for you right away. If your check book is also stolen, our Banking Specialists can transfer you to our Fraud Unit while you're on the phone with us or you may contact them directly at 800-893-8554 for assistance. We will also review your account transactions with you and provide any possible solutions to help you recover the funds if it is determined that any unauthorized transactions have been posted to your account. Please understand that we would like to assist you directly, unfortunately, we do not have access to your personal information since this is considered an unsecured forum.
