Thanks for reaching us on TD Helps, Theodore.
Based on your question, it sounds like you're trying to view all of your accounts via Online Banking. If you are listed as an authorized signer on your daughter's account, the Student Checking account should be automatically displayed on your Online Banking profile; however, it doesn't sound like this is the case. If you would like to be a signer on your daughter's account in order to view her account along with your joint accounts online, both of you will need to visit a TD Store during lobby hours. Please be sure to bring your valid photo IDs (Driver's License, State issued photo ID, passport, etc.) and Social Security number with you. To take a look at TD Stores near you please visit http://bit.ly/TDStores.
If you are already a signer on your daughter's account and it is not visible via Online Banking, we ask that you contact us directly for assistance. You are able to do so 24/7 by dialing 888-751-9000. After account verification, our Representatives will be happy to help. Similarly, you are able to visit a TD Store during lobby hours for help.
While you are logged in to Online Banking, you are also able to send us a secure message requesting that the account be added to your online profile if you're already a signer. To send secure messages please select the "Customer Service" tab and under "Message Center" please click on the "Send a Message" link.
We hope this helps, Theodore and have a good day.
