Great question, Christine and thank you for joining us at TD Helps. It's always a good idea to keep your account information current. To change your name and how it appears on your account, we do require you to visit a TD Store for security purposes. You will need to bring a copy of your marriage certificate, divorce decree or, other legal document stating your change in name. Please visit http://bit.ly/TDStores for a list of our Store locations and hours. An address change can be processed while you are changing your name inside your local TD. If you have Online Banking, you can update your information while signed in by following the steps listed. · Click on the Customer Service tab · Select "Change Address, Phone, E-mail Address" link · Select the desired bank account(s) from the list shown · Enter your new information into the corresponding text boxes · Click the "Submit Change" request button A confirmation screen will appear indicating the changes that will be made to your contact information. If you do not use Online Banking, you can call Customer Service 24/7 at 888-751-9000. Hope this helps and feel free to let us know if you have any further questions. Enjoy the rest of your day!
