Thanks for coming by TD Helps, Akbarali.
Currently, TD Bank has Store locations along the east coast from Maine to Florida. Please follow this link: http://bit.ly/TDStores and keep checking to find out our current and future Stores near you. Please stay tuned for any new updates. Even though TD Bank doesn't have any locations in Arizona right now, please keep in mind there are still ways that one can bank with us without the need to visit a Store!
We offer Online Banking to make transfers, pay bills and keep track of your spending. Please click here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY to enroll in Online Banking. You will need your Account number, TD AT/Debit card, your social security number and you email address. If you need assistance with enrolling, please call us at 888-751-9000, available 24/7.
If you need to make a deposit while in Arizona, and if you have an active Checking, Savings or Money Market account with TD Bank that has been open for 90 days or more, you may use the Mobile Deposit feature. We invite you to take a look here: http://bit.ly/1e3jiYF for more information along with the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) for TD Bank Mobile Deposit. Please also see this link for information and guidelines to TD Bank Mobile Banking and Mobile Deposit at: http://bit.ly/1ff8byL.
To use Mobile Deposit, you must first be enrolled for TD Bank Online Banking. Once you have enrolled as mentioned above, you can also use your mobile phone to access your account information and make deposits. To download the Mobile App for your Android or iPhone, please click here: http://bit.ly/1opBqUt. You can input your mobile phone number for a text message containing the TD Bank Mobile App link, and mobile deposit can be used with most Android and iPhone devices.
Deposits can also be made at any NYCE shared deposit ATM in the U.S using your TD Bank Visa debit card. Look for the NYCE network on a nearby ATM; if you find this available, you may make a deposit there. Please note it may take several business days for your deposit to be credited. Or, feel free to mail in a deposit using these guidelines:
Mail to: TD Bank, N.A. ME2-001-033 P.O. Box Number 1190 Lewiston, ME 04243
If you need to Fed-EX or UPS a mail in a Deposit to us, you can ship it to the address below:
TD Bank Bank by Mail 140 Mill Street Lewiston ME 04243
We recommend visiting http://bit.ly/1kb17UQ to learn more about our funds availability policy starting on page 38. Also keep in mind that the TD Bank is not responsible for items lost in mail. Here are some additional tips to consider prior to mailing your deposit:
- Cash should not be sent through the mail
- Payee of the check and name on deposit ticket should be the same
- Checks should be endorsed (and restricted "for deposit only")
- Multiple checks should be listed and a total of the deposit listed
- Enclose the deposit ticket, not the carbon copy
- If using a blank deposit ticket, please write the account number clearly
- Do not staple transactions
If you have questions regarding other banking you may need to complete, we invite you to call a Banking Specialist directly 24/7 at the number provided above. At that time, we can provide more options for you.
We hope this helps, Akbarali. Please have a great day and let us know if you have any further questions.

Thanks for joining in, Anthony!
It sounds like you want to close your account because you're currently not living near a TD Bank Store. We want you to know that we have options available to help you maintain your account. Here at TD Bank we offer Bill Pay, Online, and Mobile Banking. Check http://go.td.com/1lnLZE5 for more details. If you are dissatisfied with the account type you have, take a look at http://go.td.com/KmmHe7 to see if there is an account that can better suit your needs.
If you still want to close your account and you have a current balance, we ask that you visit us at any TD Bank Store for further assistance regarding your request if you're able to do so. When you visit a TD Bank Store to request to close your account, all you need to bring with you is a valid photo ID (Driver's License, Passport, Military I.D. etc.). Please note, because there is a current balance, please let the Specialists know and they will assist you with withdrawing the fund than assist with your initial request.
If your account has a zero balance, there are several options you can go about closing your account. Your first option is to contact Customer Service and our Banking Specialists 24/7 at 888-751-9000. You can also send us a secure message via your Online Banking. To send a secure message you must first logon to your TD Bank online profile. You can do so by clicking here: http://go.td.com/1eaISlq. On the left hand side, you should see an option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center."
As always, you can also stop by any TD Bank Store for this request. As we understand that you may not be able to make it to a TD Bank Store, we do have an option for you to close your account regardless of balance. You may request your account to be closed via mail by mailing. Please mail your written, signed, and notarized request to your Home Store (where your account was opened).
Please be sure to provide your account number so we may issue you a check for the remaining funds in your account as well as your final statement. To help you find the details of your Home Store take a look at http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR for hours, locations and contact information.
We hope this helps and have a good day.
