Thanks for joining us on TD Helps today, Jonathon.
There are a few ways you can go about checking your balance, and we'll be happy to provide you with your options!
First, if you are currently enrolled in our online banking, you are able to view your account balance online. You may first click here: http://go.td.com/1eaISlq to log in, and select the 'Accounts' tab at the top of the page. Once you're there, you will have to select the desired account, which will then take you to the page where you will be able to view your account balance.
We also offer mobile banking services which can be downloaded on your smartphone or tablet. You can download the app by visiting: https://go.td.com/1opBqUt. The username and password that the mobile app will ask you for is the same as the one you've created for your online banking profile.
If you are not currently enrolled in online banking, please follow this link: https://go.td.com/1lU2qfY. You will need to have your account number, Social Security Number, ATM/Visa debit card number and e-mail address handy to enroll.
Lastly, you can access up-to-the-minute account information by using our automated banking system (IVR) at 888-751-9000. You may reach a Representative, 24/7, by staying on the line once you've called this number, if you'd like.
If you have any additional questions, you may also visit your local TD Bank Store. To view our Store locations and hours, please click here: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
We hope this information helps, Jonathon.
