I recently shut down my TD Bank account, but never received an account statement (maybe because I'm living in London). How can I please receive my last statement?

Thanks for stopping by TD Helps with your question, Rafeeq. We'd be glad to help direct you.
When an account is closed, a final statement is mailed to the last known address we have on file. If we did not have your London address, it may have been sent to a previous address.
When an account is closed and a statement needed, we would generally direct you to visit a local TD Bank Store with photo ID to be assisted as we're unable to access closed accounts by phone. As you've mentioned that you live in London, we understand that this may not be possible. If you require copies of your statements, you may reach out to your home Store to discuss if you have any other alternatives for receiving the necessary statements to your address in London. You'll find contact info and hours for any of our Stores by clicking here: https://go.td.com/1nq31dc.
We hope you have a wonderful weekend ahead of you, Rafeeq!
