Hello: I called TD Bank the other day and spoke to a representative. I need a copy of my TD Bank Personal Loan Payoff Statement. They stated they would send it to me in a e-mail but I still have not received it.

When payoffs are sent via email, it would be sent through secure messaging on www.tdbank.com. To view this message, you may click here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq to log in. Once you're signed in, you may view your messages in the Message Center on the left hand side of the page.
If you haven't received the message, you may contact a dedicated Financial Solutions Group Specialist 24/7 at 800-937-5020. During your call, we'll be able to look into this further for you. While you're speaking with a Specialist, they will also be able to let you know the figure for your payoff.
You may also request the payoff quote in writing and one of our Specialists can have this sent to your address on file, or they can provide you with instructions on how to obtain this by fax during your call.
