Hi Barbara and thanks for joining us on TD Helps today.
The difference between an ATM card and a TD Bank Visa Debit Card is that a TD Bank Visa Debit Card includes the Visa logo and can be used anywhere Visa is accepted as credit or debit. ATM only cards can only be used at an ATM.
If you're near a TD Bank Store, we'd be more than happy to make you a new card on the spot! Feel free to check out http://bit.ly/TDStores for a listing of hours and locations near you.
If you are unable to visit us during lobby hours, you may also contact us 24/7 at 888-751-9000 and upon account verification we'll be able to mail you a new card. You should expect to receive your new card within 7-10 business days. Please note, delays may occur depending on your Postal Office.
If you have TD Bank Online Banking you have the option of sending us a secure message to request a new card. If you have not enrolled, you can do so by following this link: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. You will need your account number, Social Security number, your email address and your current TD ATM/Debit card. Since you do not have the card handy, we ask that you give us a call 24/7 at the number provided above to speak with our Banking Specialists. After you've successfully enrolled, to send secure messages please select the "Customer Service" tad and under "Message Center" please click on the "Send a Message" link. For this particular request, please select the "General Customer Service" for the subject line. In the "Comments/Requests" field, please type in your request.
We hope you find this helpful, Barbara and have a great day.

I am interested in only an ATM card without the Visa Debit Card. Is this an option offered by TD Banknorth?
