We're so sorry to hear that you're having trouble using your debit card, and we'll be more than happy to get you in touch with someone who can help.
There are a couple ways in which you are able to request a new debit card, and we invite you to pick whichever method is the most convenient for you.
We notice that you're contacting us today from The Bronx, and because of this, we'd like to recommend that you visit your nearest TD Store location, during lobby hours. By doing so, one of our Customer Service Representatives will be happy to create an instant issue debit card for you, on the spot. You will walk out with a debit card in your hand that same day! For your convenience, we have provided a link here: https://go.td.com/2kMm8S3 which will show you to all of our Store locations in your area.
If you're unable to visit a Store location, that's okay too! Our Banking Specialists will also be happy to help, and can be reached by calling 1-888-751-9000, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. After confirming the address we have on your account, they'll gladly process your request, and you should receive your debit card within 7-10 business days.
Similarly, you're also welcome to send us a Secure Message with your request. To send a secure message, you will first want to log into your TD Bank online profile by clicking here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq. Once you've successfully logged in, look for the 'Message Center' on the left hand side and select 'Send a secure message'. If you have downloaded our mobile banking app for your smartphone, you may also use this method to send a secure message. From your Mobile Banking, log in and select 'Send a Secure Message' from the side Menu. We generally respond within 24 hours or less.
