Thanks for coming by TD Helps today, Joseph! We'll be sure to go over the ways that you can obtain your November to December 2012 statement.
The easiest way to obtain your statements is through online banking. If you're not currently enrolled for online banking, you may do so by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY . Please have your account number, debit card number and Social Security number available. If you have any trouble signing up, please contact our Banking Specialists, 24/7 at 888-751-9000. Once you're enrolled, please sign into your account, click on the account that you'd like to view, select Statements & Notices and click on your November 2012 statement.
You could also give us a call 24/7 at the telephone number listed above or send us a secure message requesting a copy to be mailed to your home address. To send a secure message, please sign into your account and select "Send a message"; which is located underneath the Message Center on the left hand side of the page. Whichever method you choose, please note that fees may apply and that you should receive your copy within 7-10 business days; depending on your postal service. Take a look here: http://bit.ly/1cTejgt to view our Personal Fee Schedule.
If you should have any additional questions, feel free to reach out to us 24/7 at the telephone number listed above or visit us at any TD Bank during lobby hours. Click here: http://bit.ly/TDStores to find a TD Bank near you.
Hope this helps and enjoy the rest of your evening, Joseph!
