Thanks for sending us your question, Cary.
The best way to locate a payment you may have made to Newtel Systems is to take a look at your online banking account. If you are currently enrolled for Online Banking, you would be able to view your account activity there. To do so, log into your account here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. Then you may click on the “Accounts” tab at the top of the page and click on the name of the account you want to view. Then, select from the following drop down options: “Last 10 days, My Current Statement, My Previous Statement or All Available History” and select the “Show History” button to the right of the screen. These options will display up to 60 days of account history. To view transactions that have occurred prior to this time, you also have the option to view your previous statements online by clicking on Statements tab on that screen.
If you're not currently enrolled for online banking and would like to take advantage of this free service, you may click here to begin: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. Please have your account number, ATM/debit card number and Social Security number available to complete the enrollment. The page will provide you with step-by-step instructions on how to complete the process. If you have any questions please call our Banking Specialists 24/7 at 888-751-9000 for further assistance.
If you'd prefer to have our assistance in finding your payment, feel free to give us a call anytime at the number above, or we welcome you at any TD Bank Store. If you click here: http://bit.ly/TDStores, you can find the TD Bank Store and lobby hours nearest you.
Thanks for stopping by, Cary and have a great day!
