Thanks for making a stop at TD Helps, Virginia. We'd be happy to help provide some useful information.
For the security of our Customer's account, we may not disclose any account information or request to third parties. We ask that the account holder contacts us directly to obtain these copies. Our TD Customer may call us at 888-751-9000, available 24/7. After account verification, we'd be happy to help. Another way to obtain statement copies is to visit a local TD Store during lobby hours. For locations, please check out: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Additionally, our Customers also have the option of printing out the statements at the comfort of their own home! By logging onto TD Online Banking from here: http://bit.ly/SMUhhl, and selecting the "Statements & Notices" tab, they will be able to view their statements and print them out if needed.
We hope this helps. Have a good one.
