Borrowing & Managing Your Credit
In reply to james, melbourne
Hello, James and welcome to TD Helps! We understand the importance of your financial documents for a home loan and are glad to point you in the right direction.
If you're in need of statements for a Checking or Savings account, these would be available to you as long as your account was open at that time and was in an active status.
For Savings accounts only, please note that statements for these types of accounts may be issued quarterly. If that is the case with your account, a printed statement should become available for you to view at the close of the current quarter. The statement cycle is dependent upon the type of account you have, as well as the opening date.
The easiest and quickest way to retrieve copies of your statements is to print them via your Online Banking account.
If you're currently using our TD Online Banking for your personal account, after logging in your account here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq, please follow the steps below:
-Click on the Accounts tab at the top of the screen
-Click on the checking account number you would like to view statements on
-Click on the Statements tab
-Choose the statement period you would like to view and click View Statement
-You may then click the print icon if you would like to print a copy of your statement
If you are not currently enrolled for Online Banking and wish to enroll for your Personal account, you may use our self-service option by visiting http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY to begin the enrollment process. In order to do so, you will need your account number, TD Bank ATM/debit card, Social Security number and your email address. Once at the page, please select "Personal" from the drop down box. Please follow the prompts, and when you finish the enrollment process, you will have immediate access to your account(s). If you'd like any assistance, please contact us directly at 888-751-9000, 24/7.
If you prefer, we invite you to give one of our friendly Banking Specialists a call 24/7 at the number listed above. They'll be able to ensure that you're receiving statements for your account and provide you with other convenient options to obtain them, and can also order them for you via mail. Please note that as we would like to assist you directly, unfortunately, we do not have access to your personal information since this is considered an unsecured forum.
We hope one of these options works for you, James and best of luck with your closing! Visit again anytime and take care.
