Thank you for dropping by TD Helps today, Michael! We'll be sure to provide the ways that you can receive a check copy.
One of the easiest ways that you can receive a check copy is through your online banking. If you're not currently enrolled for online banking, you may do so by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY . Please have your account number, debit card number and Social Security number available. If you have any trouble signing up, please contact our Banking Specialists, 24/7 at 888-751-9000.
Once you're enrolled, please sign into your account. If the check falls into the past 60 days, you'll be able to view and print a copy of the check. If the check posted to your account prior to the past 60 days, you may send us a secure message through online banking. To send a secure message, please sign into your account and select "Send a message"; which is located underneath the Message Center on the left hand side of the page.
You could also give us a call 24/7 at the telephone number listed above. Once our Banking Specialists verify your account information, they'll be able to mail a copy of this check to your home address. Please keep in mind that if you decide to call us or send us a secure message that it can take up to 7-10 business days for delivery; depending on your postal service.
Additionally, you may visit any TD Bank during lobby hours to request a check copy to be mailed to you. Click here: http://bit.ly/TDStores to find a TD Bank near you. As mentioned above, it may take 7-10 business days for delivery. Fees may apply for this type of request as well. Please take a look here: http://bit.ly/1cTejgt to view our Personal Fee Schedule.
We hope this helps and come on by TD Helps any time you have a question, Michael. Take care and have a great night!
