I'm setting up my online mobile banking app end I'm trying to set up where I can receive and send money from my email address and it asked me about receiving texts and I agreed to the terms and conditions but after that it took me to screen to verify my phone number and email address. The telephone number was wrong by one number and my email address was CORRECT. When I clicked on the telephone number to change it to the correct number it did not give me an option to correct it. Can a TD rep please fix my telephone number on my.account so it will directly link to the online banking process setup. Thank you! I can give you my phone number if you need it to call me.

In order to correct your phone number, you'll need to delete it and re-enter it. To start, log in by clicking here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq or log into the mobile app. Select the 'Send Money' tab and click 'Settings'. Scroll down and find the incorrect phone number. Click the hyperlink next to it that says 'Delete'. Once deleted, you can then click 'Add Phone' to enter the phone number correctly. You may need to verify this phone number by receiving a text or phone call. Once verified, you'll be all set to continue sending and receiving funds using Send Money.
