I have trying to contact you guys multiple times, but have not gotten a response back. I am unable to set up my account online to pay my bill. I know by now my bill is overdue and I don't want my credit to be negatively effected by it. Please help

If you have any trouble signing up, please contact our Banking Specialists, 24/7 at 888-751-9000 (800-493-7562, Option 2 for TD BusinessDirect).

If you're referring to enrolling your TD Bank Visa credit card in online banking, please take a look here: http://bit.ly/1mZCFef . There are three steps, and you will need your card number handy for the enrollment process. Once you've successfully enrolled your account, you can make payments from the comfort of your own home! If you're unable to enroll, or if you're missing any of the required information, please call a TD Card Services Specialist 24/7 at 888-561-8861, who can help get you up and running.
If you're concerned about the bill affecting your credit score, we recommend contacting the biller directly to pay the bill in question at your earliest convenience.
