Thanks so much for joining us, Jeffrey. We're sure we can help get you up and running for online banking.
If you're interested in establishing Online Banking for your commercial account, you may enroll for TD Bank BusinessDirect. To begin using this service, please click here to start the enrollment process: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. This link will take you directly to the “Online Banking Sign Up” page. Please choose Business from the drop down box. Once you’re at the “Sign Up for TD Bank BusinessDirect” page, please complete the application. You will need your Business taxpayer Identification Number, account number, ATM/Debit card number, the business name, and your e-mail address. When you are finished with the application, you will receive an e-mail confirmation within 2 business days that contains your User ID and password.
If you run into any difficulties, feel free to stop in at any TD Bank Store and they'll be able to set you up. If you click here: http://bit.ly/TDStores, you can find the TD Bank Store and lobby hours nearest you.
Please keep in mind that if there are two or more signers on your commercial account, the individual who visits the Store will become the online account administrator, and will provide access to the remaining signers/users. We recommend that the preferred individual visit the Store to ensure that your online account is established as expected.
We invite you to also learn about eTreasury. Feel free to take a look here: http://bit.ly/WOp4w8. The tabs towards the bottom of the page, specifically the FAQs and Resources tabs, have some information that you may find useful to enroll for eTreasury.
In order to enroll for eTreasury, you must visit a TD Store during lobby hours and speak with our Representatives there. They would be able to review the enrollment process and any applicable fees.
Hope this answers your question and we were able to assist you tonight, Jeffrey. All the best and enjoy your weekend!
