Hi there Fernando,
Thanks so much for choosing TD! We hope your studies are going well so far and you're enjoying your time in the States.
We apologize to hear about any trouble you're having logging in right now. If you don't have a Social Security number you can use to reset your password online at the moment, don't worry. We do have a couple more options for you! First, you can give us a call anytime. We're available 24/7 at 888-751-9000, and it will be our pleasure to help you with your password once we hear from you.
We also see that you're writing in from Philadelphia, Fernando. We have plenty of Stores in that area and if you'll be visiting us for your other banking needs or if you'll be in the neighborhood, you can also get your password reset there. Check out: http://bit.ly/TDStores for the locations closest to you and their lobby hours.
We certainly hope this will help, Fernando.
Best of luck during your time in Philly and feel free to stop by again anytime!
