I called customer service to reset my online banking and she gave me a password and she told me to put it somewhere I totally forgot so I have the password that you gave me to reset the whole online banking so I was just wondering where do I go to put the password in

Thanks for submitting your question, Anane.
It sounds like we provided you with a temporary password to help you log back in to your account. In order to reset this temporary password to one that you create, you will also need your user name and click here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq (or click http://bit.ly/1rvBmq8 for BusinessDirect). Once at the log in page, you will enter in your user name and the temporary password that we provided to you. After you click Log In, as long as you have security questions set up, it will prompt you to create a new password and then you'll be logged back in!
