Thanks for the joining us on TD Helps, Margaret.
Aside from calling for your account balance, we do offer other options for this information. For example, if you use Online Banking, your account balance will be able available there. If you’re not currently enrolled for Online Banking, you may sign up by viewing this link: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. You will need your account number, debit card number and Social Security number to get started. Once you're enrolled and logged in, you will be able to not only view your balance, but also use bill pay, make transfers, view statements etc.
If you have an ATM/debit card, you'll also be able to check your balance via ATM. Next time you're at either a TD or non-TD ATM, once you input your card and PIN you'll see the option for Balance Inquiry. Please note that fees may apply for this option. Please view our fee schedule here: http://bit.ly/1cTejgt.
As always, you're invited to a TD location, for your balance. For Store locations and hours please view: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
We hope this information helps, Margaret. Enjoy your day and take care!
