Thanks for reaching out to us on TD Helps, Dominique. We'd be happy to help with ways to find your account number.
Although we are unable to provide your account number over the phone or through email, there are other ways to obtain it.
If you are enrolled in Online Banking, you can view your full account number by logging in to the full site here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. If you are not currently enrolled, we ask that you connect with us directly 24/7 at 888-751-9000. After our Banking Specialists verifies your account information, they will be more than happy to help set you up!
You may also view your account number via your paper statements, located at the top right corner of the page. If you have ordered checks and received them or if you have checks for your account, your account number can be found on your check. It would be the second set of numbers located at the bottom of the check.
As always, you can also visit us at any TD Store during lobby hours for further assistance. Our Specialists can help enroll you for Online Banking and they can also provide you with your account number. Prior to your visit, please make sure to bring your photo ID such as a Driver's License or passport. Please visit: http://bit.ly/TDStores to find a TD Bank near you.
Since you've mentioned direct deposit, we offer a direct deposit form that you can turn in to your employer found here: http://bit.ly/1hLQ1cP.
We hope this helps, Dominque and have a good day.
