I am over in the UK. I am trying to get my daily balance increased. I called they did it but I think my card is locked because I tried 6 to 8 withdrawals. Please increase my daily withdraw to $2,500 and unlock my card immediately.

We're sorry to hear that you're having trouble with your debit card, Andrew and we'll be sure to point you in the right direction.
Please note: if you're referring to Debit Card Daily limits, we want to inform you that for your account protection, your TD Debit card has daily limits placed on it for ATM withdrawals, Point-of-Sale (POS), and Visa transactions. For information on these limit amounts, please take a look at our Personal Deposit Account Agreement: http://bit.ly/1kb17UQ (Pages 39 & 40).
If you find that you need to make a withdrawal which is higher than the standard limit set on your debit card, we can offer a couple of options on how to request an increase. If you'd like to change your limit to a lower amount, you're also welcome to use the same instructions below.
Please note, in order to have your debit card limit increased you must have a deposit account older than 90 days that is in Normal status. You also must have a sufficient balance to cover the requested amount.
An easy way to request an increase is to send a Secure Message through Online Banking. If you're already enrolled for Online Banking, you may send us a secure message to request this information by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. After you log in, find the Customer Service tab and use the Send a Message link found there. Please be sure to include the debit card number and the portion of your card (ATM, POS, or VISA) that you'd like the increase for, as well as the amount you're requesting so we can best help you.
Another option is to send a fax to our Fulfillment Team at 1-856-533-1138 with the following information:
· Subject: Limit Increase
· Account Number
· Debit/ATM Card Number
· Your Name
· Your Telephone Number
· Amount of increase
· Indicate- ATM, POS, Visa
· Your signature
Please note: fax requests are usually completed within 2 hours.
Please keep in mind that limit increases are only valid for one calendar day and the limits will return to the original amount after this time passes. If your request is received after 6:00 pm, the increase will remain in effect for one additional calendar day.
You're also welcome to call a Banking Specialist 24/7 at 856-751-9000 via mobile telephone or calling us collect with an operator's assistance from a land line phone by asking the operator to dial 215-569-0518 for assistance with a limit increase, or for any questions you may have. Please note that for larger increases, a secure message or fax will be needed.
In regards to your debit card being restricted, we ask that you contact us directly via one of the methods listed above for assistance. Please know that we would like to assist you directly however TD Helps is considered an unsecured forum and we do not have access to your account/personal information.
We hope to hear from you soon, Andrew and have a good evening.
