Thank you for reaching out to us on TD Helps, Terese! We'll be sure to provide the information that you need regarding your personal routing number.
We'd like to begin by stating that routing numbers are based upon the TD location where you originally opened your account. For a list of our current routing numbers, please check out: http://bit.ly/1cmRPoF . If you're not certain which TD you opened your account at, your routing number will also be listed on the bottom of your check; the first set of numbers. Otherwise, you're more than welcome to give us a call 24/7 at 888-751-9000 to find out your routing number or visit any TD Bank location during lobby hours. Click here: http://bit.ly/TDStores to find a TD Bank near you.
If you are trying to initiate a wire from your account and you need TD Bank's routing number, please note that the number is different from your personal routing number. Please review the instructions below.
To send a domestic wire, you will need the name, address and ABA routing number of the receiving bank, the name of the account to be credited, the beneficiary address and the account number.
To send an international wire, you will need the full name, address (including City), State/Province, Country and account number of the person/business you are sending money to (for Euro Zone countries – IBAN – International Banking Account Number). You'd also need the full name and address, including City, State/Province and Country of the financial institution receiving the funds, plus of course the amount and currency of the transfer.
For more details on sending international wires, please visit http://bit.ly/1oowsYN . When you are ready to send your international wire transfer, you will need to provide the foreign bank our SWIFT address; which is NRTHUS33XXX, as well as obtain their SWIFT address, which you can obtain by contacting the institution directly. Please visit any TD Bank during lobby hours to send the wire and you may use the Store Locater link mentioned above to find the closest TD Bank to you.
We sure hope this helps and come by TD Helps any time you have a question, Terese!
