I recently closed a checking account because we moved. I need to get proof of payments for TruGreen but am no longer able to access the website. How can I get proof of payments for 2014?

Good afternoon, Kathleen and thanks for connecting with us on TD Helps today. We're glad to inform you that TD Bank retains up to 7 years of records for all accounts. To get information on a closed account, we encourage you to reach out to one of the TD Bank Stores in your area so that we may best assist you in retrieving the information you are looking for. After verifying your identity, a Specialist can research your prior account records with us and order the previous statements for you. Please find the nearest Store location to you and their lobby hours here: http://bit.ly/TDStores. Just in case that if you still have an active account with TD Bank, you may call us 24/7 at 888-751-9000. After you are verified by a Banking Specialist, they can order the previous statements of your closed account for you via telephone as well. Please note; fees may apply for this service. For more information on the fee schedule, please take a look here: http://bit.ly/1cTejgt. We hope you find our answer helpful and please don't hesitate to return to TD Helps if you have any further questions.
