It's a pleasure to see you here at TD Helps today, Ida.
Based on your question, it sounds as though you're trying to enroll for online access for a Credit Card.
If you would like to view your TD Visa Credit Card account via tdcardservices.com, please feel free to visit here: http://bit.ly/1mZCFef to enroll for Online Banking. You'll need your 16 digit credit card number, your name, date of birth, zip code, home phone number, your credit card's security code, and your mother's maiden name or Security Word you chose at the time of your application to complete the enrollment process.
If you're unable to enroll, please feel free to call a TD Card Services Specialist 24/7 at 888-561-8861, who can help get you up and running!

May be the online application has a security word option while applying for credit card. I submitted my paper application for tdbank credit card and there was nothing like security word in the application.
Now I got my card and I am trying to register online A/C it is asking me that security word which I never put in the application.
I didn't supply mother's maiden name because there was nothing like that in the paper application.
Can you let me know what is the default word you use in such case?
