Please know that while we would like to assist you directly, as TD Helps is considered an unsecured forum, we do not have access to your account/personal information.
If your IRA account is not currently viewable via your online banking, please feel free to contact us 24/7 at 888-751-9000 for assistance with making your IRA account visible through your Online Banking.
Please also be advised that IRA accounts will receive an annual statement through the mail free of charge in January every year. If you have any questions regarding your IRA account, please contact our IRA department Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.; and Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at 1-800-231-8193.
You may also visit your local TD Bank store in person during normal lobby hours for further assistance. To find out TD store locations near you, please visit, http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR.
