Thanks for visiting TD Helps today, Elizabeth. We'll be happy to point you in the right direction.
The easiest and quickest way to retrieve copies of your statements is to print them via your Online Banking account.
If you're currently using our TD Online Banking for your personal account, after logging in your account here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq, please follow the steps below:
-Click on the Accounts tab at the top of the screen
-Click on the checking account number you would like to view statements on
-Click on the Statements & Notifications tab
-Choose the statement period you would like to view and click View Statement
-You may then click the print icon if you would like to print a copy of your statement
If you are not currently enrolled for Online Banking, and wish to enroll for your Personal account, you may use our self-service option by visiting https://go.td.com/1lU2qfY to begin the enrollment process. In order to do so, you will need your account number, TD Bank ATM/Debit Card, Social Security Number, and your email address. Once at the page, please select "Personal" from the drop down box. Please follow the prompts, and when you finish the enrollment process, you will have immediate access to your account(s).
In case you do not have the required information to set up for Online Banking, or you need assistance enrolling, you may contact us, 24/7, at 888-751-9000 to speak with a Banking Specialist. Upon account verification, we would be happy to help get you started.
Please note that there is no charge if you view or print your previous statements via Online Banking. If you are unable to locate the statements you need online, you do have the option to request the statement copies to be mailed to your address on file by calling 24/7 Banking Specialists at 888-751-9000, visiting your local TD Bank Store or sending a secure message from Online Banking. To send a secure message you must first logon to your TD Bank online profile. You can do so by clicking here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq. On the left hand side, you should see an option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center."
Keep in mind that depending on the type of statement copy you are looking for, additional fees may apply. For more information, please refer to our current Personal Fee Schedule here: https://go.td.com/1cTejgt (please see "copies" for more details). In addition, please know that if you recently just updated your name on your account, this change may not show on your statements until the follow statement period.
We hope this helped, Elizabeth. Enjoy your weekend, and happy holidays!
