Thanks for reaching out to us, Maria. We'd be glad to help direct you.
When an account is closed and information is needed, we would generally direct you to visit a local TD Bank Store with photo ID to be assisted. This is because once the account is closed, we are no longer able to access the account by phone. Statements can then only be accessed by Store Representatives when the Customer is present.
As you have since moved to Puerto Rico, we understand that this may not be possible. If you require copies of your statements, you may reach out to your home Store to discuss if you have any other alternatives for receiving the necessary statements. You can find contact info and hour for any of our Stores by clicking here: https://go.td.com/1nq31dc.
We hope your move went well. Take care, Maria!
