OUR CUSTOMER (ROY *******.) TRADED IN HIS 2013 CHEV SILVERADO, VIN #*******ON 1/5/16. WE SENT THE PAYOFF ON 1/12/16 TO TD AUTO FINANCE, LOUISVILLE, KY. IT WAS RETURNED ON 2/1/16. WE THEN GOT THE CORRECT ADDRESS IN LEWISTON, ME. AND SENT IT TO THEM ON 2/1/16. ACCORDING TO OUR BANK RECORDS, THIS CHECK WAS PROCESSED ON 2/8/16. THE CUSTOMER IS NOW TELLING US THAT TD AUTO FINANCE SAYS THE VEHICLE IS NOT PAID OFF AND IT IS EFFECTING HIS CREDIT. WE HAVE NOT RECEIVED A TITLE OR ANY COMMUNICATION FROM TD AUTO ABOUT THIS LOAN.
