Welcome to TD Helps, Joan. We're happy to say there are many ways available to obtain your account balance and we're happy to go over these options with you.
If you are not yet enrolled in Online Banking for your personal account and would like to have full access to view your account(s) and balances online, please follow the steps below:
You may use our self-service option by visiting http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY to begin the enrollment process. In order to do so, you will need your account number, TD Bank ATM or Debit Card number, your Social Security number and your email address. Once at that page, please select "Personal" from the drop down box. When you select continue, you will have to read and accept the Online Banking Service Agreement. Then, you will be asked to enter your personal information including the items mentioned earlier and to create a user name and password. Finally you will be asked to create three security questions. When you finish the enrollment process, you will have immediate access to your account(s).
If you do not have the required information to set up for Online Banking or you need assistance enrolling, you may contact us 24/7 at 888-751-9000 to speak with a Banking Specialist. Upon proper account verification, we would be happy to help get you started.
Just in case if you are looking to enroll for TD Bank BusinessDirect and you have your Debit Card, follow this link: http://bit.ly/1dl2HX6. Once you’re at the “Sign Up for TD Bank BusinessDirect” page, please complete the application. You will need your Business Taxpayer Identification Number, account number, ATM/Debit Card number, the business name, and your e-mail address. When you are finished with the application, you will receive an e-mail confirmation within 2 business days that contains your User ID and password. In case you don't have a debit card or would like to have immediate access to Online Banking, you could visit your local TD Bank Store for help. For hours and locations near you, check out: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Once enrolled, just sign in here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq (or here for BusinessDirect: http://bit.ly/1rvBmq8) and the first thing you'll see upon login is your account and available balance. Just click on the account you wish to view from here to get full access and information for that account.
Additionally, we also offer Mobile Banking services. The TD Bank Mobile app is available for most iPhone, Android and Blackberry devices so you can manage your banking needs anytime, anywhere. After you are enrolled for Online Banking, you can download the app by visiting http://bit.ly/1opBqUt. The user name and password that Mobile Banking will ask you for is the same as the one you've created for Online Banking.
Another option to review your balance is by using our automated system 24/7 by dialing 888-751-9000. At any time during the call, you may dial 0 to connect with a Banking Specialist, if you'd prefer.
If you have a TD ATM/Visa Debit Card, you could stop by any ATM to check your balance. Please note, if you visit a non-TD Bank ATM, there may be fees applied, for more information, take a look here: http://bit.ly/1cTejgt.
Lastly, you're always welcome to visit a TD Store for your account balance!
We hope this helps, Joan and please let us know if you have any other questions. Enjoy your day!
