If you've recently logged into your account and were prompted to add a security question, log in with your standard User Name and Password. Once you have done so, you'll be given the opportunity to add any needed security questions to your account.
In case you're not required to add any questions but you'd like to change your current security questions or answers and if you are able to access your personal Online Banking at this time, you may update these by following the instructions below:
-After logging on to TD Bank On-Line with your user name and password at the link provided above, click on the “Customer Service” tab
-Under “Self Service," click on “Change Security Questions/Answers”
-Next to the question you wish to update or change, click on “Change”
-Follow the instructions on the screen and click “Update” when your changes are complete.
If you are unable to log onto your Online Banking that’s okay! You can contact us at 888-751-9000 to speak with a Banking Specialists who are available to you 24/7 for your convenience. After account verification, our Specialists would be happy to help! If this is regarding your TD BusinessDirect account, please call our Small Business Team at 800-493-7562, option 2.
If you are referring to your online banking for your TD Credit Card at www.tdcardservices.com, please contact one of our Credit Card Specialists 24/7 at 888-561-8861.
If you need additional support on other Online Banking platforms, such as, Mortgage Documents, etc. please contact us 24/7 at 888-751-9000. Also contact 855-219-8050 for help logging into the TD Go Card site.
