Good Morning, Barbara. We'll be happy to help you with changing your address.
There are a few options available for when you want to change your address.
First, if you are enrolled in online banking, you may click here: https://go.td.com/2H8iXLO to log in. Once you've logged in, you may click on your name in the upper right corner. This will provide you with a drop-down menu, where you may then select 'Update Personal Settings', found under 'Settings'. You will then see a pencil icon, under 'Update Profile'. Please click the pencil icon, and make the appropriate changes on the next page. Please be sure to click 'Save Changes' when you're done!
If you'd rather change your address over the phone with a Representative, you may do this by dialing 888-751-9000. Our Representatives are available to assist 24/7, and will gladly update your information, upon account verification.
