Hey, Janet, thanks for joining us. We'd be happy to help.
Whenever you forget your online banking user name or password, you can always contact our Banking Specialists 24/7 at 888-751-9000. After one of our Specialists has verified you with the proper identification information, they’ll be able to assist you in gaining access to your Online Banking in no time. You may also visit your local TD Bank Store with your valid photo ID during the lobby hours, where a Representative will be able to help you. Please check here http://bit.ly/TDStores for TD Bank Store locations and hours near you.
Once you are logged in, you may submit your email address change request by clicking on "Customer Service" tab and then click on the "Change Address, Phone, and E-Mail Address" link. Please select the Account you'd like the new E-Mail address to reflect and fill in the fields necessary.
If this is regarding a TD Credit Card Online Banking at www.tdcardservices.com, you can contact one of our Credit Card Specialists 24/7 at 888-561-8861. Also contact 855-219-8050 for help logging into the TD Go Card site.
Hope this helps. Enjoy the rest of your day!
