Hi Heather, thanks for joining us today on TD Helps. We appreciate you reaching out to us with your online banking concerns.
We understand how important it is to have your banking information available and secure. If you are an authorized signer on the account and wish to enroll Online Banking, you can sign up by taking a look here http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. After you select the link, please choose your Account Type from the drop down field. You will then need to review and accept the Online Service Agreement for Personal Accounts. The next step requires personal information – you will need to know your account number, your debit card number, and have your Social Security number. Finally, you will need to create three security questions to complete your enrollment. This will allow you your own access to your account(s) online, without having to use your mother's login credentials.
Another option is to stop into your nearest TD Bank Store and speak with a Banking Specialist – we can help you set up a profile right in the Store. Please find your nearest TD Store location here http://bit.ly/TDStores and step in during lobby hours.
If you need any help enrolling in online banking, we can be there to walk you through the process; just contact a Banking Specialist at 888-751-9000. We're available day or night, 24/7, to help you.
Hope this helps Heather, but please connect with us again if you need anything else! Have a great day!
