Thanks for making a stop at TD Helps, Joseph. We'd be happy to help provide information on how to obtain your routing and account number!
We'd like to let you know that your routing number was assigned at the time your account was opened, and is based on the State where you originally opened your account.
You mentioned you were looking for the routing number for an account in Pennsylvania, if this is the Home Store location, your routing number would be 036001808. If this is not the Home Store location, we invite you to check out: http://bit.ly/1cmRPoF for a list of our routing numbers by State.
Additionally, if you are searching for the routing number for a Checking account, you can also find that number on the bottom left side of your check. Please see http://bit.ly/1qH2i2K for a check image indicating an example.
If you are unsure of the location or State your account was opened in, please contact us 24/7 at 888-751-9000 so we can provide you with your routing number. Also, you are always welcome to visit us at a TD Bank store near you to get this information as well; please see: http://bit.ly/TDStores for our location finder.
You also were looking to obtain your account number. Please understand that for the security of your account, we may not enclose any account information via telephone or unsecured forum, however, we'd be happy to provide options on how to obtain your account number.
If you have any checks handy, your may view your account number on the bottom of the check. If you click on the link of a sample image, it will also show you where to locate your account number.
Your Checking account number can be located at the right top corner on your paper statements. If this is a new account, you will receive your paper statement within 30 days from opening the account.
In addition, if you are enrolled for Online Banking, your account number should be displayed on your welcome page after signing online via your computer or by using your web browser on your mobile device to access the full site. If you are currently not utilizing TD Bank Online Banking but would like to be enrolled, please review the following information. Even though the account number is needed to use the self-service feature via www.tdbank.com to enroll for Online Banking, we are happy to say, there are other ways you can enroll. You can contact us directly at the number provided above. Again, after account verification, our Specialists would be happy to help!
If you are unable to verify your account or if you prefer to sit with a Customer Service Representative, you may also visit us during lobby hours and a nearby TD Store. Once enrolled, you will have complete access to your online account where you will be able to view your account number, balance and transactions, and other great features TD Bank offers with Online Banking. Our Specialists at the Store can also provide you with your Account number.
We hope this helps, Joseph, and have a wonderful day!
