I have my $30000 Line of Credit maxed out an $10000 Credit Card maxed out as well. I still need an additional $6000 to pay off my lawyer retainer fees and parenting coordinator fees. My chequing account is currently ($2075.00). My bank representative tired to get a consolidated loan of $40000 to pay off and close my LOC and pay off the $6000 and get my chequing account in the positive. I just found out this got denied. What other options do I have? My bank representative told me someone from TD helps will contact me by Dec 28th but that is a lot of time to worry about my financial predicament.
