Thank you for joining us today, Monica. We'd be happy to assist you.
If the purchase was made with a different TD Bank account, rather than your HSA, have no worries! You may simply transfer the funds from your HSA to the account that was used for the payment. We just want to remind you to hang on to the receipt of purchase for your records.
To transfer the funds from your HSA account to the account in which the payment was made from, if both accounts are with TD Bank, you may make a transfer via Online Banking. If you're already enrolled, you'll just need to log in and select the Transfer tab. If you're not enrolled, you may do so by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. You will need your account number, debit card number and Social Security number to complete the enrollment. If you have any trouble setting this up, feel free to give our Banking Specialists a call 24/7 at 888-751-9000 and after account verification, we'll have your accounts set up for Online Banking in no time. If you'd like, you may even make the transfer while you're on the line with a Specialist! If you'd prefer, you may visit any TD Store to complete the transfer as well. For Store hours and locations please check out: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
If your HSA is not held with TD Bank, we recommend reaching out to the Financial Institution who holds the account for all transfer options available.
For additional questions about your TD Bank HSA, we recommend reaching out to our HSA Department directly for clarification. They are available Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm or Saturday, 9:00 am to 1:30 pm at (800) 597-4437. Please choose Option 3 when calling.
We hope this helps, Monica and have a good day.
