If this is regarding your personal Online Banking and if there are more than one signer on the account, each signer should have their own personal Log-on ID and Password.
If this is regarding your BusinessDirect Account, only one User ID can be used per Tax ID number, however; if you have multiple Tax ID Numbers, you can have more than one User ID.
