One of the easiest ways to check the balance of your loan is to call our 24/7 Financial Solutions Group at 800-937-5020 or you can stop by any TD Bank location during lobby hours. Click here: http://bit.ly/TDStores to find a Store near you.
Another way to check your loan balance is to use Online Banking. If you already have Online Banking, you may request to add your TD Bank loan to be viewed alongside your other accounts. If you're not already enrolled with Online Banking and have an ATM/Debit Card and your Social Security number, you may fill out the online application to access your personal account(s). Please visit http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY to enroll for TD Bank Online Banking. If you only have this loan with us or do not have an ATM/Visa debit card, you may contact a Tech Support Specialist 24/7 directly at 800-493-7562 for assistance with enrollment. This will allow you to view your loan balance and payment information at your convenience.
Once you are using our online services, you also have the option to send a Secure Message with any loan inquiry you may have. After logging in, you can visit the Customer Service tab, and then choose the Send a Message link and we will be happy to respond.
