You'll be pleased to know that TD Customers have access to the past five years of your statements via online banking. A Customer can enroll for online banking (if not already enrolled) by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. Please remember to have the account number, debit card number, and Social Security number available. If you have any trouble signing up, please contact our Banking Specialists, 24/7 at 888-751-9000. Once you're enrolled, please sign into your account, select the account that you'd like to view, click on the Statements & Notices tab and use the drop down box to view the past five years of your statements.
If you're a 3rd party trying to verify statement copies on behalf of a TD Customer, then you can send a request for verification of a personal deposit account by mailing or faxing your request to:

In the request, please be specific and include the months and years of statement copies that you are requesting. Also, any 3rd party request must include authorization from our TD Bank Customer and must be signed and dated.
Our TD Customer could also can give us a call 24/7 at the telephone number listed above or visit us at any TD Bank during lobby hours to request these copies. Our Banking Specialists will be able to submit the request but please note that it can take 7-10 business days for shipping, depending on your postal service.
