If you currently know both your user name and password and you’re looking to change the information, you can do so by clicking on the “Customer Service” tab; once you've logged onto your account online. In the “Customer Service” tab, there will be a “Self Service” portion and under that portion, you will see: “Change User Name.”
If you are signed up for our Retail Online Banking, please check here http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. If you are a TD Bank BusinessDirect user, please direct your browser to http://bit.ly/1rvBmq8.
If you do not remember your user name and password, or having trouble when resetting your credentials online, we can help too! You may contact us 24/7 at 888-751-9000 (for Online Banking) and upon account verification, we will be more than happy to assist you. If you're having trouble with TD Bank Business Direct, you may contact us 24/7 at 800-493-7562.
