I have bank account with TD Canada (that account also have across boarder account) and i also have bank account with US Bank (USA) i want to send money from my Us bank account to TD Canada it it possible ?

I have a TD bank account in the US and I'm moving to Canada. If I open a TD Canada account, is it easy to transfer back and forth? What is the best way to proceed with this?
