We know how important it is to keep track of your transactions and balances. Although we currently do not have a feature that provides notifications for specific deposits or transactions, we are always looking for ways to improve.
In the meantime, you can set up email alerts to keep track of your balance. TD Bank offers two types of balance alerts; one of which could help alert you that your deposit has been made.
We recommend setting a high balance alert, which will inform you when your balance reaches the limit you choose. For example, you can set up a high balance alert for the amount you usually receive from your direct deposit. You will then get a notification every time the account reaches that limit. You can verify that you received the deposit by logging into your online account at your convenience.
To set up alerts on your account, log into your online banking by clicking here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq. Click on the “Alerts” tab at the top of the screen and then select "Set Up New Alert". Choose the type of message you want to receive and enter your specifications and you're all set!
