i got an ACH paymnet from one of the customer, but i am unable to track who deposited

We will be happy to get in touch with our ACH Department for you. To do so, we invite you to give one of our Banking Specialists a call. As our Specialists are available 24/7 at 888-751-9000, kindly note that our ACH Department is available Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:30 am and 5:00 pm. If you have a specific question, we recommend reaching us during this time frame so that we can best assist. You may also like to notethat ACH transactions, including deposits, can typically take 2-5 business days to be completed and credited to your account.
