Thank you for joining us here at TD Helps, Christopher.
We apologize for any inconvenience, however; to initiate a wire transfer, you would need to visit a TD Store. You mentioned you are currently in Napa, California, once you are back within the TD footprint, which is Maine to Florida, you may visit any TD Store during lobby hours to make your wire transfer. For a listing of TD Bank Stores and hours, please visit: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
When you are able to visit us to send an international wire, you will need to gather the following information: the full name, address (including City), State/Province, Country and account number of the person/business you are sending money to. Also, the full name and address, including City, State/Province and Country of the financial institution receiving the funds, plus of course the amount and currency of the transfer.
For more details on sending international wires please visit http://bit.ly/1oowsYN. When you are ready to send your international wire transfer, you will also need to provide the foreign bank our SWIFT address, which is NRTHUS33XXX, as well as obtain their SWIFT address, which you can obtain by contacting the institution directly.
Keep in mind that wire transfer fees may apply. For our fee schedule, please follow this link: http://bit.ly/1cTejgt. We would also recommend checking with the other financial institution to ensure if there will be additional information required as well as to obtain information regarding any additional fees for their services. And please note that we do not process or disburse funds from wire transfers received designated Pay Upon Proper Identification (PUPID) and return them to the sender.
Thanks again for your visit today! We welcome you back anytime with any other questions, and take care.

After successfully logging into my Business Direct account and enrolling in the wire transfer option, I note that there is a message that international wire transfers must be initiated at the local TD Bank store. As I am now living in Coronado, California and my local store is 2,600 miles away in Arlington, Virginia, I do not know how I can comply without flying to the Washington, DC area.
What is the solution to this conundrum?

Thank you for getting back to us today, Christopher.
Generally speaking, our Customers will need to visit a TD Bank Store to request an outgoing international wire transfer. As you mentioned that you have moved to California and will not be able to visit any TD Bank Store location at this time. If you will need to send international wire frequently, we recommend reaching out to the TD Bank Store manager who you normally handle your business with to discuss other possible options. We also invite you to visit here; http://bit.ly/1oowsYN for more information regarding sending funds internationally. To find out TD Store locations and telephone number, please visit, http://bit.ly/TDStores.
