As a owner of some apartments in Brooklyn and living abroad, I usually receive postdated checks from tenants as payment guaranty, which I have to ask from third party to deposit in my bank account when the checks come due. Iwm looking for a bank which can provide with this kind of service of holding the checks,a when the check comes due, the bank will auto-deposit it and credit my account.I know this kind of service is available in other countries, but is it also in U.S.?

In reply to Hanna, Brooklyn,NY
It's great to have you here on TD Helps, Hanna.
We want to inform you that at this current time, TD Bank does not offer this type of service. Please keep in mind, when a check is deposited into a TD Bank account our funds availability does not change even if the checks deposited are postdated. Please note, once a deposit has been made, we may not stop the deposit from being processed.
Thank you again for stopping by and have a nice day.
