I just opened a new account online. I need to add my wife and order debit cards and checks. We do not have a TD any closer than an hour can you help?

Welcome to TD Helps, Matthew and thanks for opening a new account with us! It's our pleasure to assist you today.
Typically, to add an owner to your account, both parties must visit a TD Bank Store with valid identification for the update. If you're located a little far from one of our locations right now, you may wish to contact your home Store directly (the Store that your account is assigned to) to see if they're able to offer you other options for adding a signer. If you click here: http://bit.ly/TDStores, you can find your TD Bank Store as well as their contact information and hours. If you're not certain which Store is yours, feel free to call us 24/7 at 888-751-9000.
Once your wife is added, you'll both be able to order Visa debit cards for your account by contacting us 24/7 at the number mentioned above. After account verification, we'll be happy to ensure that your address is correct and mail them right out for you. Please note that we'll need to speak with each account owner individually in order to place an order for both cards. If you and your wife will be visiting a Store, you'll also be able to take advantage of our instant-issue cards when you stop in. You'll just need a valid ID, and we'll be more than glad to print them during your visit.
To order checks, once your wife is added you can order your checks by calling us at the number listed above, stopping in to a Store, or a check order can be placed via your Online Banking account. Please use these steps:
• Log into Online Banking by clicking: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq • Click on the ''Customer Service tab'' • Under ''Self Service'' section click on ''Order Checks'' and follow the prompts.
If you are not currently enrolled for online banking and would like to be, please feel free to use our self-service option by visiting http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY to begin the enrollment process. You'll need your account number, TD Bank ATM/Debit Card, Social Security Number and your email address, and when you finish the enrollment process, you will have immediate access to your account(s). Once this is complete, continue with the steps listed above to place your check order. If you'd like to enroll before you have your debit card, give us a call at the number above and we'll help you with enrollment.
