I received an email saying that the funds I wired over to my new account could not be processed, I wanted to know if I needed to wait for my debit card to come in so that I can make the first deposit. I do not remember the account numbers I was given online when I opened it (yes I know I should have wrote it down somewhere). Thank You

Hello Sophie and welcome to TD Helps!
As you're trying to make your initial deposit, we recommend for you to visit your local TD Bank Store and make your deposit with a Teller either in our lobby or drive thru. For a listing of TD Bank locations and hours, please take a look here: http://bit.ly/TDStores. Please know you can make a deposit in person even if you do not have your account number or debit card.
If you'd rather make your deposit at a TD Bank ATM you're welcome to do so when you receive your debit card in the mail. Please know, debit cards usually take 7-10 business days to be received. We'd be happy to explain the details with you which we ask that you carefully review. For any check deposit made at a TD Bank ATM, the first $100.00 of your daily ATM deposits will be made available immediately as long as your account has been opened 90 days or greater. Deposits made through the ATM before 8:00 PM will be available on the next banking day. However, deposits made through the ATM after 8:00 PM will be considered the next days' business and will post to your account on the following business day. If you make an ATM deposit after 8:00 PM on a Friday, that deposit is considered to be on Monday's banking day and will post to your account on Tuesday. Anytime a holiday falls on a Monday, the deposit will post to your account on Wednesday morning. If you deposit cash into a TD ATM, the funds will be available immediately in your account on accounts opened longer than 90 days. If you'd like to take a look at this information in greater detail, we invite you to take a look at our Personal Account Agreement, http://bit.ly/1kb17UQ, on pages 38-41 you can review all of our deposit availability information. Please be sure to review our section "Special Rules for New Accounts" on page 41.
If you have any further questions, you can ask us here, give us a call 24/7 by dialing 888-751-9000 or visit your local TD Bank Store.
Thanks for visiting us and please come again. Have a pleasant day.
