If you opened your account online or by phone and requested a debit card, you should expect to receive it within 7-10 business days via mail. Please note for security purposes we are unable to provide account or debit card numbers on TD Helps, by phone or email.
If you've already made a deposit into your new account, you're welcome to contact our Banking Specialists 24/7 at 888-751-9000 and after account verification we will be more than happy to enroll your new account for Online Banking.
If you haven't made a deposit into your account yet, we ask that you visit a nearby TD location for assistance with the enrollment. During your visit, they will also be able to provide you with an instant issue debit card. For a listing of our Stores and hours please view: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
